Membership Info

Thank you for your interest in the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association®. If you are here to support veterans then this is your association! We are looking for active participants to veterans’ issues; not patch hunters that do not believe in our mission, “Vets Helping Vets”.

Membership in CVMA Utah is granted per the bylaws of the national Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association®. The below information is basic requirements for membership. Please review Article 3 of the national Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® bylaws for full information.

Full Members

  • Any Person of Good Character who is a “Combat” Veteran of a Foreign War, who owns and operates a motorcycle of 500cc or above, and has been approved by the National CVMA Board of Directors.
  • Valid motorcycle drivers license with State endorsement and proof of insurance for their motorcycle.
  • Payment of National Annual Dues: $20.00

The ONLY Acceptable proof for membership to the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® is a copy of a DD 214 or a service record book which is forwarded to the National Board of Directors for approval. Dues for CVMA members deployed in a war zone will be waived.

Auxiliary Members

  • Any Person of Good Character, who is a spouse, widow or widower of a full member who is in good standing with the CVMA, and must support the efforts of ALL branches of the United States of Americas Armed Forces and the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association®.
  • Valid motorcycle drivers license with State endorsement and proof of insurance for their motorcycle.
  • Payment of National Annual Dues: $20.00

Support Members

  • Support members are sponsored by a CVMA Full Member. The support member must be of good character, who is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, and who owns and operates a Motorcycle of 500cc or above.
  • Valid motorcycle drivers license with State endorsement and proof of insurance for their motorcycle.
  • Payment of National Annual Dues: $20.00
