We are happy to hear you are wanting to support the chapter and your spouse by looking into membership with the CVMA.
On this page, you will find all the instructions needed to complete your membership. Please review the information on this page before submitting any of the downloadable documents.
Cost of Membership:
- $30 AUX Member Back Patch
- $10 National Dues
- $10 Chapter Dues – one-time fee
- $10 Chapter Scroll Patch
Steps for membership:

Forms for Membership:
*Submitted copy of Marriage license (This can be a copy but must have a state seal that is recognizable)
AUX Member Application: Once complete save and download a copy for your records and submit for membership.
CVMA Patch Agreement: Once complete save and download a copy for your records and submit for membership. The patch agreement spells everything out, but in short, it explains the $30 you pay for the patch is a usage fee and the patch is the property of the Association. If your membership expires or is terminated for any reason, you are required to return your Full Member patch without a refund.

National and Chapter Dues:
Once you have submitted your documents, you will need to pay the National and Chapter dues via the PayPal link below.
If you do not use online banking, please contact us so we can help you arrange payment for your National and Chapter dues (again chapter fee is a onetime thing for Auxiliary members). As a reminder, National dues expire June 30th of each year.
What Happens Next:
Once your paperwork and dues have been submitted you will receive an email from the National Board of Directors giving you instructions on how to log into the National website and access your AUX member account with your AUX Member number and the email you provided on the application. If you have any issues logging into the National site please contact the chapter Commander, Co@49-1us-f3a28.ingress-earth.ewp.live
Once the Chapter Commander confirms your AUX Member number, he will contact you and arrange a time and place to link-up and discuss the next steps in the process.
For example, who will be your mentor in the chapter, where to get your patches sewn on and most importantly when is the next chapter meeting. This is normally a face to face meeting with one or more chapter officers and other members.
Please be patient, the process can take up to two weeks before you are issued your AUX Member Number.
All dues and patch expenses must be paid at the time of application packet submittal. If for some reason your application packet is rejected by the National Board you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
